Sometimes, it so happens that the printers get stuck with the commands that some jobs do not make it to the print.SOmetimes, it is the priority that has been changed by the user that is the reason for this and most of the times it is the printers problem. The most acceptable and wise descision would be to delete the printer job from the queue and then add it again to the printer job.

This tutorial will show you exactly how you can do this in Win Vista and Windows 7.

  • Click on the Start menu.
  • Type Command on the window.
  • Right click Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator.
  • Type net stop spooler and then press Enter.
  • Type del %systemroot%\System32\spool\prtiners\* /Q and then press Enter.
  • And now type net start spooler and press Enter once again.
  • You are done.
