Most of the people who bought their iPhone just when it came out would be facing a real time problem of fitting a lot of their stuff on the limited memory, especially the 8 GB version. Although the device is packed with a lot of goodies to make you happy, the storage tends to be a problem. Most of us have iTunes libraries larger than 8 GB and find ourselves in a dilemma over which songs to put on the phone and which to leave out. Here we are suggesting a ‘smart’ way of getting rid of this problem. Welcome to the advantage of using Smart Playlists.
An awesome feature of iTunes, this allows you to make custom playlists that follow a specific rule while updating the songs on it. Here is how you do it,
1.Open iTunes, and see a plus symbol on the bottom left corner of the screen.
2.Keep the shift key pressed and see the plus change into a flower like symbol. Click on it.
3.You shall see a box that is named Smart Playlist.
4.Try out the various combinations of rules that you can lay down, from a particular alphabet occurring in the artist name, to sorting it according to the tracks that have been played the maximum number of times. Fill in the number of tracks that you want.
5.Synchronise this playlist to your iPhone and never feel bored again.
