The credibility of the site will also increase as people get to know that there is someone actually working and taking pains to keep them updated.

They provide a quick way for visitors to voice their opinions, prove things and show their opinions and stace on matters and to get involved in your website.But, we must be sure to publish only those polls and surveys that are strongly relevant to the target market of your website to keep them interested to find out about the results. It wouldn’t be nice to see a poll to find who the next prime minister of India would be in a site that deals with tech gadgets.

4) Hold puzzles, quizzes and games and entertain the readers.

Giving away freebies, helding contests, puzzles, games and other entertainmnet in the site can drastically increase the number of visitors to your site.The number will multiply rapidly if you are doing that the right way.After all, who in the wolrd doesn’t like Entertainment?

5) Fresh and frequent updates.

It is very very important to frequently update your website.Infact, the more frequently you update your site, the better it is in terms of visitors and also SEO. This is a no brainer and is considered the most widely known and most effective method of attracting visitors who will eventually become returning visitors.Having said that, this is almost always ignored as people are lazy and don’t put that much work into it. No one in the right sense would want to visit the same site with the same content over and over.Tell me frankly, would you visit the same site every few days even if it is not updated?
